Summary of Takeaway Impressions
Andrea is an ambitious and driven founder. She leads with story and shows tremendous potential to drive impactful change in the eco-friendly residential interior design niche. However, one of her main weaknesses at this stage is focus. From reading her pitch materials to listening to her verbal story, the strategic vision, core user persona, and thus product-market fit was not clearly articulated. She’s spent a lot of time focused on the seller side of her marketplace vision and not as much time understanding the buyer’s journey. The feedback I’ve provided to her is to focus her efforts and pitch on a single user experience until she finds product market fit.
